In order to retrieve the phone number of the Employer/Recruiter go to their profile page or any of their adverts and you will notice a block with a phone number.
If you wish to start messaging conversation with the Employer/Recruiter first create an account. Once you have created your account navigate to any of their adverts and you will notice button for sending message. List of your messages is available on your profile. There you have a messaging system where you will be able to continue conversations.
When placing an advert you have to select the currency of the salary you are offering; There are two currencies namely US Dollar (USD) for USA Jobs and RAND (ZAR) for South African Jobs. Our Platform uses (.) as a thousand separator which means if you want to write 1000 you would type 1.000 and (,) as a cent separator which means if you want to write 1000 and 53 cents you would type 1.000,53
Absolutely not; Vic Job Is Also meant for job seekers that are trying to advertise their skills to potential employers. The Advert will only last for 30 DAYS.
There are two types of reviews – User(Job seeker) and Employer. First step is to register on our platform. Next you need to send a message to a Employer/Recruiter. Once the Employer/Recruiter responds to your message you will be able to review the Employer/Recruiter and in the same time the Employer/Recruiter will be able to review you.
When users visit your profile they will be able to see your overall review , complete list of your reviews and to filter them by type.
Once you post review it can not be changed. The Employer/Recruiter and you have the option to respond to a review.
If you have found some advert which you want to visit later or contact the Recruiter later, etc. you can mark it as Favorite and it will be saved to the list of your favorite ads which you can access from your profile dashboard.
If you feel that the ad is breaking some rules, you can report it directly from ad page by clicking on the Report button and writing a detailed reason. Ad will remain active until administrator checks it out.
